Rebuilding Together Oakland County Information

Our Volunteers continue to be the lifeblood of our Community Service Programs. Our program volunteers consist of people of a variety of skill levels and age groups, including citizens, corporate teams, faith-based groups, college students, and youth community service volunteers alike. Chances are, you would be a great candidate for our community service programs. We are looking for individual and team volunteers to help us serve homeowners in need.

Our Volunteer Wish list:

  • Volunteers with certain Trade Skills (Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Roofers, Carpet Layers, Masons, Heating and Cooling)
  • Corporate Volunteer Teams
  • Project Leader Volunteers (Implementing and Managing Community Development Programs)
  • Marketing/Public Relations Volunteers
  • Database Entry Volunteers
  • Office Administration Volunteers

If you are a Low-Income Homeowner in Oakland County in need of assistance, you can apply by filling out our Homeowner Application (* please see requirements below). Rebuilding Together Oakland County has a three-step application process. Step One is to complete and submit the application below to qualify for the home rehabilitation program. If you qualify, you will receive a Step Two application which will ask for supporting documents. Once we have received the Step Two information, you will be contacted by one of our representatives to advise if you may qualify for our program. *The general qualifications besides low income are that you must own your home, be current on your mortgage & taxes. We also require homeowners to have homeowners insurance.
